What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a payment plan option to be able to "buy now, pay later". When you check out, you can choose the Sezzle option.
1. After you click on the Sezzle payment, you will create an account with Sezzle, enter your phone number where Sezzle will send you an order confirmation.
2. You will then enter your card info and agree to the payment dividends. Super easy!
3. Sezzle sets up your payments! EXAMPLE: If you check out with a $24 total, they could split it up into $6 payments. Sezzle splits it into even payments and it can vary per transaction.
4. t is not a credit card. It is just a way to split up payments over time. This is something you only need to use if you would like payments, otherwise, you can still use Paypal, Credit Cards, etc!

Do you have a physical store?

At the moment, our shop is online. For locals of Mitchell, SD, we offer personal shopping appointments in our shopping space or we announce pop-up shops on a monthly basis in town at salons, vendor events, etc!

How do I Return an order?

All returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. If you need to return an item, please note-- return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT: ALL items must be returned to us in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and odor free with tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above mentioned conditions are not met.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your return. When your return is complete, we will email you a confirmation that store credit has been issued.

Since our inventory constantly changes, we do not offer exchanges. Feel free to place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need with your store credit if the item is still available.

Please understand that if you do not follow the return process as set forth by Haven + Bloom, then we will not issue store credit.

Can I exchange items that are on sale?

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned

  • Items purchased with a discount/promo code
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Bralettes

What do I do if an item was ruined in the wash?

Due to the fact that we can't verify if the item washing instructions were followed; once an item has been washed it is considered *FINAL SALE* and is ineligible to return for a refund. We recommend checking all items for specific washing instructions (hand-wash items should be washed by hand, never machine washed) before washing.

I placed an order and didn't receive tracking. What do I do now?

Please send us an email at hello@havenandbloom with your order information and we will resend your tracking information!

How long does shipping take?

We strive to have orders ready after 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Thursday).

This does not include weekends/holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, it will be ready to ship on Monday! Pre-orders will be based on an order by order basis due to different time frames from our suppliers, back-ordered items, etc.

How does store pickup work?

Store pick up is an option on check out for customers who are in the Mitchell, SD area. If this is your first time ordering from us and you want to pick up, please send us an email after your order is placed. We will send over our address and instructions on how to pick up!

My package was stolen, what should I do?

We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Haven + Bloom is not responsible for stolen packages.
